Terms of Use for Frog Hollow Pickleball LLC

Welcome to Frog Hollow Pickleball LLC!

We are excited to share our indoor pickleball facility with our community. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of these privately owned pickleball courts, facilities, and related services. By using our services and facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or facilities.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Frog Hollow Pickleball's services or facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services or facilities on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind the company or organization to these Terms.

2. Court Reservation

  • To use our pickleball courts, you need to make online reservations. A door code will be emailed to you that will allow you into the courts up to 14 min before reservation. You will also receive a text reminder.
  • ONLY one person per court will be able to reserve online. That reservation then can be sent to others in the party.
  • Reservations are subject to availability and can be made up to two weeks in advance.
  • You will be required to pay a fee for court reservations. Payment details will be provided during the reservation process.
  • We do not offer refunds for canceled reservations. However, you can sell your reservation to another individual or party less than or equal to the reservation amount.
  • Upon arrival each player must sign the reservation book with their name, date and time. It is the responsibility of the player making reservations to make sure all in party sign in.
  • It is required for everyone to sign a waiver yearly.

3. Rules and Regulations

You must adhere to our rules and regulations while using our pickleball courts and facilities. These rules may include dress code requirements, safety guidelines, and code of conduct. Failure to comply with these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access to our facilities.

  • Court Hours:
    Monday-Saturday 7 am-9 pm

         Sunday 1 pm-9 pm

  • Reservations:
    All reservations are on a first come first serve basis. You must only play on one court, guests are not allowed on other reservable courts except for the court(s) you reserved.
  • You must play within your reserved time.
  • Court Fees:
    Reservations must be paid in full for access to facility. If damages are done to the courts not pertaining to appropriate pickleball play you may be charged with fees to reimburse the damage.
  • Court Priority:
    Courts are on a first come first serve basis. No memberships or any status can reserve special priority of any court.
  • Court Etiquette:
    Please dress in the appropriate apparel for court play. You must also respect other players and the facilities. Any abuse of any kind can lead to permanent removal from the facility. You must also clean up after your game, this includes wrappers, bottles, and other miscellaneous items that may be left behind.
  • Safety:

         Please contact reservations@froghollowpickleball.com if you have any safety concerns. You are           responsible for your own safety equipment.

         Security cameras are placed inside and outside of the building.

  • Equipment:
    You must bring your own paddles and balls as there is no rental equipment available. No black soled shoes that mark the sports court please.
  • Alcohol and Tobacco:
    Any drugs, alcohol, or tobacco is strictly prohibited.
  • Pets:
    No animals are not allowed inside the facilities.
  • Enforcement:
    Any abuse of our terms of conditions may result in expulsion from our facilities or legal action appropriate to the abuse.

4. Liability and Assumption of Risk

  • Playing pickleball involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • Frog Hollow Pickleball is not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur on our premises. You are responsible for your own safety and well-being.

5. Privacy Policy

  • We may collect and store personal information. By using our services and facilities, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information.

6. Termination

  • Frog Hollow Pickleball reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services and facilities at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

7. Changes to Terms

  • Frog Hollow Pickleball may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or at our facilities. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.
